The charming group has been active in Kibbutz Palmach Tzova for ten years and is engaged in a variety of woodwork, conducted by members of the "Palmach Tzova Mission Year of Service named after Brigadier General Avraham Arnan".

The young people started the carpentry class as students at the experimental school in Jerusalem and since graduating at the age of 21, they come to the kibbutz twice a week, as part of a day center. They work in agriculture with the Shinshins and once a week stay later and build the benches. Each one according to his abilities is sanding, painting, screwing and drilling. Thus in a joint effort with the Shinshins and other volunteers, the benches are manufactured.

Our project is called "Shimshon Foxes" after the Givati Brigade's patrol unit during the War of Independence. This is a joint project of the Shekel Association, Kibbutz Palmach Tzova, the Birkat Reut Association and the Year of Service. Each bench sold is a contribution to the activities of the Birkat Reut organization that works for the benefit of populations with special needs, activities that are performed with great dedication, members of the service year. When you sit on the bench know that it is made with a lot of love!
